We all learn in different ways and some kids (usually the ones we notice the most because they demand the most of our attention)have different ways of working and we have to acknowledge that and accommodate those differences. I would be really interested to hear from you Raenette how and if using the mp3 player with your 'loud' student works!Jacqui Sharphttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18098130968092971867noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4766318799488974763.post-12298969379254230682009-04-21T21:45:00.000+12:002009-04-21T21:45:00.000+12:00Hi Jacqui

My kids also have flash drives to support our ePortfolio work. The student's have learnt how to add music to their flash drives and enjoy working on projects while listening to their music. I also have found that some of my more "rowdy" students are settled listening to their music and working.<br />I want to encourage other teachers to be open minded to technology and how it can support different learning styles.Mr Lietzehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06383698016899662924noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4766318799488974763.post-87671130699200017002009-04-16T08:15:00.000+12:002009-04-16T08:15:00.000+12:00Thanks for this post, Jacqui! My MP3 player is going to school with me this term, just for him!Forever Learninghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11503828119516636440noreply@blogger.com
